SKN Membership T&C

These terms and conditions apply to all SKN Lab Aesthetics memberships, including the Botox Membership (SKN Smooth Membership) and the SKN Rejuvenation Membership. By enrolling in our membership programs, you agree to the following:

​

1) Membership Payment

​

• The membership fee is payable monthly by direct debit or other automated payment methods.

• Clients have the option to pay for the full membership upfront, which includes a discounted price of £828 for the SKN Smooth Membership and £864 for the SKN Rejuvenation Membership.

• Missed monthly payments will result in the suspension of membership benefits until the outstanding amount is cleared.

• If a payment is missed for more than 14 days, SKN Lab reserves the right to terminate the membership, and any unused treatments will be forfeited.

• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling within the 48-hour notice period will result in the forfeit of that appointment, and no rescheduling or refund will be offered. Full payment is still applicable, as each appointment within the membership holds a monetary value.

• Gift Voucher Scheme: Memberships can be purchased as part of the SKN Lab Gift Voucher scheme but must be paid upfront in full. The membership is valid for only one person and cannot be shared.

• Outstanding Payments: Any outstanding amounts owed to SKN Lab that remain unpaid will be pursued through debt collectors or in a small claims court to recover the debt​

2) Appointment Scheduling

• All appointments under the membership must be scheduled in advance upon commencement of the membership.

• Botox Membership: Appointments are scheduled every 12 weeks and must adhere strictly to this timeline.

• SKN Rejuvenation Membership: Profhilo sessions will be booked 4 weeks apart, and microneedling sessions will be booked 4-6 weeks apart.

• Rescheduled appointments must remain within the prescribed 12-week timeframe (for Botox) or 4-6 week timeframe (for the Rejuvenation Membership). No early appointments can be administered before the 12-week or 4-6 week periods from the start of treatment.

3) Cancellation policy

• Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of that appointment. No refunds, rebooking, or discounts will be offered for missed appointments.

• In cases of emergency, please contact SKN Lab as soon as possible, and while the cancellation policy remains, exceptions may be considered at SKN Lab’s discretion.

4. Review Appointments

• A review appointment for all Botox treatments must be booked 14 days post-initial treatment to assess results and ensure optimal outcomes. Failure to attend the review appointment within the designated timeframe may impact the treatment results.

• Review appointments must also be scheduled upon membership commencement, and it is the client’s responsibility to attend at the designated time.

5. Consultations

• Clients are required to undertake a consultation twice during the membership period to ensure treatment eligibility and ongoing suitability. Failure to attend these consultations may result in the termination of the membership without refund.

6. Membership Duration & Validity

• Memberships are valid for 12 months from the start date, covering four Botox appointments (Botox Membership) or two Profhilo and three microneedling appointments (SKN Rejuvenation Membership).

• Early termination of the membership, either by the client or SKN Lab due to breach of terms, will not result in a refund of any previously paid membership fees, and all unused treatments will be forfeited.

7 Rescheduling Appointments

• Any rescheduled appointments must fall within the designated treatment intervals:

  • Botox appointments: strictly every 12 weeks.

  • Profhilo and microneedling sessions: as per the treatment plan.

• Early or late appointments outside these intervals will not be permitted, and the client risks forfeiting their next scheduled appointment if rescheduling does not comply with these timelines.

8 Refund Policy

• Membership fees are non-refundable, and no refund or discount will be given for missed appointments or cancellations made outside the appropriate timeframe.

• SKN Lab does not offer partial refunds for unused treatments if the membership is terminated early.

9 Full payment discount option

• Clients may opt to pay the full membership fee upfront at a discounted price:

  • £828 for the SKN Smooth Membership (Botox)

  • £864 for the SKN Rejuvenation Membership

  • These Prices are subject to change at any time in line with price increases within the business.

• Full payment ensures all scheduled appointments for the year are secured, and no further monthly payments will be required.

 

10 General Liability

• SKN Lab Aesthetics reserves the right to alter membership terms and conditions at any time, with notice provided to members.

• By participating in the membership program, you agree to follow the treatment schedule and guidelines outlined by your practitioner for optimal results.

11 Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising will be resolved under UK law.

12.Adverse Effects

• SKN Lab Aesthetics™️ and its practitioners will take every precaution to ensure treatments are administered safely and effectively, according to industry standards.

• However, by enrolling in the membership and undergoing treatment, you acknowledge that any adverse effects or complications resulting from the treatment are not the liability of the practitioner or SKN Lab Aesthetics™️.

• It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, medications, or allergies prior to treatment. Failure to provide accurate information may increase the risk of adverse effects.

• In the event of any concerns post-treatment, clients are advised to contact SKN Lab immediately for advice or follow-up care, but no liability will be assumed for unexpected reactions, side effects, or complications.

13 Rescheduling by SKN Lab Aesthetics™️

• On occasion, SKN Lab Aesthetics™️ reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as practitioner availability or stock/order issues.

• In the event that your appointment needs to be rescheduled, the first available appointment will be offered as a replacement, ensuring that your treatment plan stays on track.

• SKN Lab Aesthetics™️ will endeavor to notify clients as early as possible in the case of any rescheduling requirements.

14 Additional treatments outside of membership

• Any additional treatments requested or performed outside of the membership coverage during a scheduled appointment will be chargeable at the full standard price.

• This membership is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or offers that may be run by SKN Lab Aesthetics™️ unless explicitly stated.

15 Working Hours

• The working hours of SKN Lab Aesthetics™️ for appointments available under the membership scheme are as follows:

  • Monday: 9 AM - 3 PM

  • Wednesday: 9 AM - 3 PM

  • Friday: 9 AM - 4 PM

• These hours do not include public or bank holidays.

• Appointments must be scheduled within these operating hours, and clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure their preferred times.

16 Botox treatment specifics

• Each Botox appointment under the SKN Smooth Membership will involve the administration of a standard dose of botulinum toxin type A, specifically prescribed for each individual client based on their unique needs and treatment goals.

• In some cases, clients may require a higher dose, which will incur an additional charge, to achieve the desired results.

• It is important to note that there may be instances where the treatment may not produce any noticeable effects. SKN Lab Aesthetics™️ cannot guarantee results, as individual responses to Botox can vary widely.

• Branding may vary but will be specifically Allergan Botox or Azzulure - Please let your practitioner know if you have a preference from previous experience.

17 Medical changes and membership continuation

• Should any medical changes arise that may prevent the client from continuing with the membership, the membership will be terminated.

• In such cases, full payment for any treatments already received will remain payable, even if the client is unable to continue with the membership.

• It is the client’s responsibility to inform SKN Lab Aesthetics™️ of any relevant medical changes that may affect their treatment or ability to participate in the membership program.

18 Treatment Refusal and membership cancellation

• SKN Lab Aesthetics™️ reserves the right to decline treatment and cancel the membership in instances of abuse, rudeness, or inappropriate behavior towards staff or other clients.

• The practitioner is a qualified specialist and has the final say regarding treatment placement, based on their training, knowledge, and professional judgment.

• Clients are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during all interactions with SKN Lab Aesthetics™️ staff.
